Choose Hope. Choose Love. Live. Don’t Die.

HopeChain is a diverse community of people who are dedicated to spreading messages of love, hope, and compassion in a culture fatigued by anxiety and depression. We aim to raise awareness of rising suicide rates, and combat those grim statistics with an outpouring of love and support for people struggling with mental health issues.

We can’t do this alone! That’s where you come in.. Join hundreds of others and take the #HopeChainChallenge today! By linking arms and working together we will create a “hope chain” that wraps around the world, impacting countless precious lives.
